小浪底水库270m水位初次运用及下一阶段运用水位探讨

摘要 小浪底水库重要的战略地位和开发目标决定了小浪底水库特定的特性指标,水库正常蓄水位和校核洪水位相同。2012年11月,小浪底水库水位达到270m,进入到最后一级分级蓄水阶段运行,采取了加强巡视检查、加密安全监测、合理水库调度、坚持安全会商、启动高水位运行预案等技术措施,安全监测结果表明枢纽运行安全稳定。为确保枢纽安全稳定运行,为最高蓄水位275m以下留有一定的富余库容,对一般条件下的运行水位进行了研究和探讨,为下一步安全运行提供指导。 The important strategic position and development objectives of Xiaolangdi reservoir determine its characteristics, namely the same normal water level and check flood level. In November 2012, with the 270m water level, Xiaolangdi reservoir entered the final grade water stage operation. Technical measures were implemented, such as more inspection and monitoring, reasonable reservoir operation, safety consultation and operation plans with high water level. Safety monitoring results showed the reservoir operation was safe and stable. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of reservoir and leave some capacity for the highest water level 275m, research and discussion on the operation water level under general conditions were carried out, to provide guidance for the safe operation in the next step.
