高新技术企业知识型员工管理策略——以心理契约为视角

摘要 高新技术企业的知识型员工具有较高的专业素质,较强的独立性和自主性,自我价值实现愿望强烈,流动性强。从心理契约来分析,影响高新技术企业管理知识型员工的因素主要有人际责任、发展责任和规范责任。因此,对其应采取以下管理策略:营造和谐的人际氛围,重视知识型员工的职业生涯发展,及时提供员工帮助计划。
