摘要建设创新型国家走自主创新之路已经成为中国经济社会发展的必然要求,企业的成长和发展是推动创新的必由之路。在这一过程中,企业家队伍的建设尤为重要,从青年企业家的成长环境入手分析影响他们成长的因素。
