摘要
基于智猪博弈公理化系统研究了高校科研团队中普遍存在的"搭便车"现象。首先通过建立公理化模型分析了"搭便车"现象产生的原因,继而通过改变参数使得该博弈的均衡解转移,最后依据模型分析结果提出了提高高校科研团队运作效率的方案。为高校科研团队的管理提供科学的、量化的决策依据。
This article study the“Free Rider”phenomenon commonly exist in University research team based on axiom system for Boxed Pigs.Firstly,The article analyzed the reasons for the“free-rider”phenomenon through the establishment of the axiomatic model,And then by changing the parameters so that the game equilibrium transfer.Finally,put forward some suggestions that can improve the efficience of the University research team according to the model analysis results.In order to provide a scientific and quantitative decision-making Basis for University research team.management.
