建构主义视域下大学英语写作教学策略探究

摘要 写作是学生英语综合应用能力的重要体现。但是,长期以来,大学英语写作教学没有得到应有的重视,教学方法也存在弊端,导致学生写作动机不足,写作能力低下。英语教师亟需探讨大学英语写作教学中存在的问题,找到有效、可行的写作教学策略,帮助学生实现写作水平的实质性突破。建构主义理论对学习的本质提出了深刻的认识,强调情景、学生主观能动性和协作学习的重要性,对英语教师探究如何提高大学英语写作教学成效起到了理论指导作用。 Writing best represents students' integrated competence in English. However, the teaching of English writing in Chinese colleges, for a long time, has not received its due attention. And the teaching method is inadequate. These deprive students of their writing motivations and decent writing ability. As a result, there is an urgent need for English teachers to analyze the problems in the instruction of college English writing and put forward a set of practical and effective strategies so as to help students realize a major breakthrough in their writing capacity. Against this background, the Constructivism Theory, with its penetrating insights into learning and its emphasis on situations, students' initiatives and cooperative learning, provides theoretical guidance for English teachers in their efforts to enhance the teaching effectiveness ofcollege English writing.
