摘要
本文比较非英语专业大二学生的大学英语读写课程及英语歌曲欣赏课程,定性研究CET4对独立院校大学英语教与学的要求和内容所产生的影响。以H校为个案,通过分析课堂观摩记录,问卷调查,学生反馈和结构式访谈记录,实证结果表明学生和教师都颇受CET4的影响。这导致了教师的课程时间安排,教学方法,学生的英语学习态度,学习方法,英语学习兴趣等都有不同层次的负面影响。可见,CET4对独立院校大学英语教和学具有消极的反拨效应。
The paper studies the washback of CET4 on college English teaching and learning. By analyzing classroom observation records, questionnaires, student feedback and interviews with teachers and students, the study found that teacher and students were affected by CET4 test, which is harmful to the development of teaching and learning. It is concluded that the Band-4 test has a negative washback on college English teaching and learning in independent university.
