摘要
利用扫描电镜对柑橘大实蝇成虫舐吸式口器的唇瓣结构进行了观察。结果表明:柑橘大实蝇口器端喙的两个椭圆形唇瓣边缘有很多唇瓣裂刺毛,唇瓣表面上整齐排列着环形的拟气管;拟气管由一圈圈齿形环组成,在齿形环上排列着很多微齿结构,而微齿之间又具有细小的微孔。上述结构特征表明柑橘大实蝇在野外取食时,主要通过唇瓣滤食,且仅液体和小分子的颗粒食物可通过微孔进入拟气管,而后再流入食物道。
This study was carried out to observe the labellum structures of sponging mouthpart of the Chinese citrus fly,Bactrocera minax, by scanning electron microscope. Results show that mouthpart distiproboscis of the adults contain two oval labellums. The labellum has many prestomum setae on its margin and circular pseudotracheae orderly arranged on its surface. The pseudotracheae are made up of series of tooth - like circular structures on which arrange many tiny tooth -like structures. In addition, there are many fine micropores between tiny tooth - like structures. The structural characteristics mentioned above indicate that the adults of B. minax filter food mainly through its labellums in the field, and only liquids and suspended particles are sucked through the micropores and then pass into the food canal_
