摘要
目的:研究PDCA循环在口腔临床护理实训教学效果。方法:随机抽49名口腔护理方向学生作为实验组;51名学生作为对照组。实验组按PDCA循环教学,对照组采用传统方式教学。结果:实验组项目操作技能考核评分与学期综合技能考核评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生学习兴趣、实践操作能力、学习主动性、教学质量有明显提高,比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔临床护理课程实训教学中引入PDCA循环能够有效提高教学质量,提升学生的学习效果。
Objective: To study the effective of PDCA circulating in stomatological clinical nursing practice teaching. Methods: 49 nursing students were sampled randomly as experimental group; 51(students were sampled randomly as control group. The experimental group was taught by PDCA cycle theory teaching; for the control group the traditional way of teaching was used. Results: The average project skills assessment score and the term comprehensive skills assessment .scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with significance differences ( P 〈 0.05); the learning interest, ability of practice, learning initiative, the quality of teaching of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, with significance differences ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: In the practical teaching of stomatological clinical nursing courses through the introduction of PDCA circulation can effectively improve the quality of teaching and enhance the students'learning effect.
