循证医学在肾内科临床教学中的应用

Application of evidence-based medicine(EBM) in clinical teaching of department of nephrology

循证医学是一种新的医学模式,为临床教学提供了新的思路,循证医学提倡在临床实践中发现问题,寻找现有的最好证据、评价和综合分析所得证据并正确应用证据以指导疾病的诊断、治疗和预后。将循证医学的理念应用于肾内科临床教学过程可以培养医学生树立正确的学习观,提高医学生分析和解决问题的能力,从而进一步提高临床教学质量。

EBM is a new medical model which provides a new way of thinking for clinical teaching. EBM advocates finding problems in ehnieal practice, searching for the best evidence, appraising and analyzing the acquired evidence comprehensively, and then applying the evidence to direct the diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of diseases. Application of the concept of EBM in clinical teaching process in the department of nephrology could train medical students to estabhsh a correct view of learning, to improve their ability to solve the problem which can further improve the quality of clinical teaching.
