摘要
本文介绍了运用机器学习法构建临床能力评价系统的过程,阐述了机器学习法的两方面优点:即不断地完善评价结构,有效地模拟临床专家的评价意见评价学生的临床能力;客观地了解学校的教学状况,为教学改革提供参考信息。机器学习法做为一种新的研究方法,在医学教育研究领域将有广阔的应用前景。
This paper gives an introduction to the process of establishing a clinical competency evaluation system with the machine, learning approach and explains the two advantages of this approach: i.e. continuously improving the evaluation structure, effectively simulating the comments of clinical experts and as^ssing students' clinical competency; objectively evaluating the teaching of the school and providing useful information for teaching reform. As a new research method, the machine learning approach will have the perspective of being widely used in medical education research,
