摘要
目的:探讨混合式PBL教学法在儿科护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法:将248名护理本科学生随机分成实验组和对照组,比较两组的教学效果。结果:实验组的理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩均高于对照组。实验组学生的学习知觉、课堂氛围、知识运用、能力培养及教学满意度均高于传统组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:混合式PBL教学法对培养和发展学生的综合素质和能力有重要的意义。
Objective: To explore the effect of hybrid problem-based learning in practice teaching of pediatric nursing. Methods: According to random principle, 128 students were divided into hybrid PBL group and traditional teaching group. The teaching effect between these two groups was compared. Results: The scores of theories and the scores of skills of hybrid PBL group are higher than those of the traditional teaching group. Perceptual of learning, atmosphere of learning, use of knowledge, culture of ability, and satisfaction of teaching of hybrid PBL group are higher than those, of the traditional teaching group. Conclusion: The hybrid PBL achieved good results in practice teaching of clinical nursing courses, which is important to develop the students' overall quality and ability.
