动物科学本科专业实践能力培养过程中存在的问题与对策

Problems and measures in cultivating practical capabilities of undergraduates of Animal Science

目前,高校动物科学本科专业实践能力培养过程中普遍存在实践教学目标滞后于社会发展需求、实践教学内容和教学方法不合理、实践经费和实践教学条件不足、实践教学管理模式和考核评价制度不完善、学生专业思想不牢固、实践教学的师资队伍整体水平不高等诸多问题。对此,应当明确实践能力培养目标,完善实践教学体系,突出实践教学内容的创新性,加强实践教学条件的建设,完善实践教学管理制度,加强学生专业思想教育和师资队伍建设,提升学生的实践操作技能、创新意识、科研能力、团队精神和综合素质,培养高素质应用人才。

Current problems existing in cultivating practical capabilities of undergraduates in the animal science education embody in the unreasonable setting of contents and methods of the prac- tical teaching, the shortage of funds and facilities, the imperfectness of management patterns and evaluation system of practical teaching, the unstableness of specialty consciousness and the defi- ciency of excellent teachers. In addition, the goal of practical teaching lags behind the needs of social progress. These problems are supposed to be solved by establishing training objectives of cultivating the practical ability of undergraduates, perfecting the practice teaching system, high- lighting the innovation of practice teaching content, strengthening the construction of practice teaching conditions and its management system, enhancing the professional ideological education of undergraduates as well as the development of faculty building, and improving the practical op- erating skills, innovative consciousness, research ability, teamwork and comprehensive quality of the undergraduates, which provides a great support for training practical talents with high-quali- ty.
