摘要
在AOD炉中冶炼铬锰氮奥氏体不锈钢,通过对不同的冶炼控制工艺参数和不同的合金成分在实际生产中对还原期增氮后影响氮含量的不同情况,运用最小二乘法来进行数理统计分析,建立起符合本企业AOD炉冶炼该钢种的增氮工艺参数控制的数学模型.
In 20 tons AOD furnace for smelting chrome manganese nitrogen austenitic stainless steel, based on different smelting process parameters and different composition of alloy in production of reduction period after the influence of nitrogen content of nitrogen in different conditions, using the method of least squares to statistical analysis, establishes the en- terprise conform to AOD furnace for the steel adding nitrogen process parameter control mathematical model.
