ISCS智能车速控制系统的设计与研发

摘要 系统是基于机械、电气等高科技手段的一种高智能化的危险路段车速自动限制系统,利用无线电、单片机、IP网络、计算机技术,将程序写入。该系统可以在车辆驶入限速路段时,公安交管单位在本路段设定限速指令,车辆接收到信号时降速至限速范围内,车辆在高速行驶时收到降速信号的同时车辆后尾灯亮,给后行车辆指示、行驶车辆延时降速。若人为加速是不能实现。当车辆驶出限速区域限速解除,从而达到减少因违章超速行驶导致事故发生的目的。现某些品牌车辆上装有巡航限速系统,但必须要人操作,当驾驶员大脑失去理智他就不会去操作,使本功能失去作用,得不到应有效果,故本作者提出智能车速控制系统。 The system is based on the mechanical, electrical and other high-tech means a high intelligent dangerous sections of automatic speed limit system, using radio, SCM, IP network and computer technology, the writing program.
