Psychological health condition of medical staff in department of emergency of military hospitals

目的:研究军队急诊科医护人员的心理健康状况。方法:采用SCL-90量表对军队急诊科医护人员进行心理健康调查。结果:军队急诊科医护人员SCL-90多项指标与普通医院急诊科医护人员类似,高于一般人群。结论:军队急诊科医护人员的心理健康状况明显差于一般人群。

Objective：To research the psychological health condition of medical staff in department of emergency of military hospitals. Methods： The psychological health condition of medical staff in department of emergency of military hospitals was investigated with SCL-90. Results： Most of the indexes of SCL-90 of medical staff in department of emergency of military hospitals were higher than that of the general people. Conclusion： The psychological health condition of medical staff in department of emergency of military hospitals was lower than that of the general people.
