摘要 TBL(Team-based learning)教学是一种基于PBL(Problem-bosed learning)的强调以小组为单位的集体性学习,对提升整个组织的学习能力,创新能力和可持续发展能力具有十分重要的作用。本研究通过在生理学适当章节推行TBL教学,并和传统教学方法进行研究对比。结果提示TBL教学可培养学生的学习兴趣及学习积极性,使学生掌握科学的学习、思维方法,并增强团队合作能力;同时也促进了师生间的相互交流,提高了生理学教学质量。
