自我管理的教育心理学进展研究被引量：3

摘要随着信息化时代的来临,电脑、手机等电子设备的普及,对于学生们来说,自我管理变得越来越有难度。许多学生缺乏目标和计划,需要自我管理强化动机和兴趣。根据学生的个体差异进行学业的自我管理,自我管理进程的结构和功能,最后,阐明帮助学生进行自主学习的重要性。
