Investigation on health education in the psychotic inpatient paramedic

目的:探讨为了建立良好的护患关系、减少护患纠纷、提高精神病患者住院依从性,对住院精神病患者陪住人员实施健康教育的价值。方法:系统确定教育内容、教育形式,反馈教育结果,完善教育措施。结果:护患纠纷减少,精神病患者住院依从性和满意度提高。结论:对住院精神病患者陪住人员实施健康教育能减少护患纠纷,倡导科学就医行为,提高精神病患者的住院依从性和满意度。

Objective： In order to build good nurse - patient relationship, reduce disputes between nurse and patient, improve the compliance of psychotic inpatients, explore the value of health education on psychotic inpatient paramedic. Methods： Systematically provided the educational contents and patterns, feedback the educational results, and perfected the educational initiatives. Results：The disputes between nurse and patient have been re- duced. Compliance and satisfaction have been improved. Conclusion：Health education on the psychotic inpatient paramedics can lead to the reduction of the disputes between nurse and patient, advocating of scientific medical behavior and improving the compliance and satisfaction of psychotic inpatients.
