我院门诊抗菌药应用解析

Andlysis on the application of antibiotic in our outpatient service

目的:分析我院门诊抗菌药的应用现状,评价抗菌药使用的合理性,并给出临床合理使用抗菌药物的评议。方法:采用流行病学统计方法,用DUI值作为评价医院用药是否合理的依据。结果:抗菌药使用占统计处方22.05%,联合用药占抗菌药物处方26.90%,前10位的抗菌药物中有8种DUI≤1.0。结论:我院门诊抗菌药物的使用基本合理。

Objective：To analyze the application of antibiotics in our outpatient service, to evaluate the reasonableness of its use, and to give the clinical rational use of antibiotics evaluation. Methods： Use epidemiological statistical methods,take DU1 value as the basis to discuss the hospital drug medication is reasonable or not. Results： The use of antibiotics occupied 22.05% ,jointly occupies the antibiotic statistics prescription with the medicine in 26.90%. Among the top 10 statistical antibiotics, the DUI value of 8 antibiotics is ~〈 1.0. Conclusion： The use of antibacterial drugs in our outpatient service is basically reasonable.
