大兴安岭不同冻土带湿地土壤动物群落与地温耦合关系 被引量:7

Coupling relationship between wetland soil fauna and soil temperature of different types of tundra in Da Hinggan Mountains

摘要 对大兴安岭不同冻土带湿地土壤动物进行了调查,选取了6个样地,共获得土壤动物17 646只,隶属于4门8纲19目。水平分布与地温的耦合关系表明,大型土壤动物个体数量与地温的相关系数-0.882,具有极显著的负相关性(p<0.05);中小型土壤动物的个体数量与地温的相关系数是0.899,具有极显著的相关性(p<0.05)。垂直分布与地温的耦合关系表明,6月,3个冻土带的湿地中小型土壤动物的个体数量的垂直分布与地温的相关系数0.490,具有极显著的相关性(p<0.05)。8月,3个冻土带的湿地中小型土壤动物的个体数量的垂直分布与地温值的相关系数0.653,具有极显著的相关性(p<0.01)。土壤动物的季节动态特征及与地温的耦合关系显示,大型土壤动物的类群与数量的季节变化基本一致,而中小型土壤动物的类群与数量的季节变化表现不明显;8月份,大型土壤动物的个体数量与类群数量与地温具有极显著的负相关性。研究结果表明,地温可能是影响大兴安岭不同冻土带湿地土壤动物分布的主要因子之一。 An investigation of wetland soil fauna was carried out in six samples of three different tundra in Da Hinggan Mountains. A total of 17 646 individuals of soil fauna, belonging to 4 Phyla, 8 Classes and 19 Orders, were collected. Coupling relationship between horizontal distribution of soil fauna and soil temperature indicated that individuals of soil macro fauna were significantly negatively related to soil temperature ( r=-0.882, p〈0.05 ) ,meanwhile, individuals of soil meso-micro fauna were significantly negatively related to soil temperature ( r=-0.899, p〈0.05 ) .Coupling relationship between vertical distribution of soil fauna and soil temperature indicated the individuals of wetland soil meso-micro fauna in types of tundra were significantly positively related to soil temperature in June ( r=0.490, p〈0.05 ), and individuals of wetland soil meso-micro fauna were significantly positively related to soil temperature in August (r=0.653, p〈0.01). The seasonal dynamic variation of soil fauna indicated the species of macro soil fauna were consistent with individuals, but the species of meso-micro fauna were not consistent with individuals. Individuals and species of macro fauna were significantly negatively related to soil temperature in August. The results showed that soil temperature may be one of the main factors affecting the distribution of wetland soil fauna in different tvoes of tundra.
