摘要 离心泵是常见的流体提压设备,是石油化工装置主要的耗电设备之一。本文通过对离心泵设计选型、流程改进、操作影响等方面的耗能结果进行分析,探索离心泵的节能途径以及在化工装置的具体应用,得出改善离心泵本身的效率、利用叶轮切割、调整转速、优化工艺分压输送及规范操作是离心泵节能的主要途径,并能取得良好效果,具有较大的节能意义。 The centrifugal pump is the common fluid pressure-raising equipment and one of the main energy-consumption equipments in petrochemical industry.The energy-consumption results on the selection of centrifugal pump design,process improvement and operation have been analyzed,and the energy-saving ways of centrifugal pump and application in petrochemical unit have been explored.The results showed that the main energy-saving ways of centrifugal pump are:improving the efficiency of centrifugal pump itself,the usage of impeller cutting,adjustment of rotating speed,optimization of the partial pressure conveying process and the standardize operation.The good results and bigger significance of energy-saving can be achieved by using the technology.
