摘要
本文主要介绍了动态轻压下模型在昆钢大方坯连铸机上的应用,系统根据实际生产数据计算铸坯温度场,然后根据冶金工程师二冷水控制模式,动态计算和设定各冷却区的水流量,控制铸坯表面温度相对稳定,从而保证铸坯质量的稳定,动态轻压下模型根据凝固模型的计算结果,选择合适的轻压下区域。并且自动分配各个驱动辊的压下量,来提高铸坯的内部质量。
In this paper, the application of dynamic soft reduction in Kungang bloom continuous casting machine was described, the system calculated according to actual production data of the slab temperature field, then according to the two cooling control model metallurgical engineer, dynamic calculation and setting of the cooling water flow area, control of slab surface temperature is relatively stable, so as to guarantee the quality of billet. Stability, dynamic soft reduction model according to the calculation results of solidification model, chooses the light pressure under a suitable area, and automatically allocates each driving roller press amount, to improve the inner quality of casting billet.
