概述了昆钢新区炼铁项目的建设情况，并结合工程实践就如何做好项目建设中的设计、安全、质量、投资、进度的管理，防范相应问题，进行了分析归纳与交流探讨。
Combined with the engineering practice on how to do design, project construction safety, quality, investment, progress management, prevent the corresponding problems, the construction of iron-making project in new industrial park was summarized, discussed analysis and communicated.
