摘要
[目的]探索并优化"阿诺红"忍冬(Lonicera tatarica‘Arnold red’)快速繁殖技术。[方法]以嫩枝穗条为试材,经过不同生根剂及扦插基质处理,在全光照喷雾条件下扦插。[结果]生根剂处理可以显著提高"阿诺红"忍冬扦插生根质量,不同基质对插穗生根的影响具有明显的差异。插穗经200 mg/L ABT2#生根粉浸泡2 h处理,于蛭石上扦插可获得最佳的生根效果,生根率为100%。[结论]"阿诺红"忍冬经优化的生根剂及基质处理,可以获得理想的嫩枝扦插效果。
[Objective] To optimize the softwood cutting technology of Lonicera tatarica 'Arnold red'.[Method] Softwood stems of Lonicera tatarica 'Arnold red' were treated by various rooting hormones and inserted into different substrates,then cultured in the environment of all-optical spray.[Result] Hormones were able to facilitate rooting obviously;Different performances of rooting were also observed as a result of various substrates;Softwood cuttings rooted best with 100% rooting rate when treated with 200 mg/L ABT2# solution for 2 h and cultured in vermiculite.[Conclusion] The optimal cuttage of Lonicera tatarica 'Arnold red' can be achieved after treated by appropriate hormones and substrates.
