摘要
[目的]为利用废弃烟叶有机肥料改良Cd污染土壤提供理论依据。[方法]采用盆栽方法,研究施用以废弃鲜烟叶生产的有机肥和农家肥对土壤Cd的形态和Cd在供试植物辣椒体内的富集和转移特征。[结果]施用农家肥和废弃烟叶有机肥对土壤Cd全量的影响不明显,但能明显降低土壤Cd有效态的含量,明显降低辣椒对土壤Cd的富集系数、转移系数,降低Cd向辣椒体内和地上部分的转移。[结论]该研究有利于控制Cd对辣椒的危害,保护人类健康。
[Objective]The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the remediation of Cd contaminated soil by tobacco waste.[Method] Soil Cd and its enrichment and transfer characteristics in capsicum were studied with the potted method application of organic fertilizer and manure made by fresh tobacco waste.[Result] The full amount of soil Cd wasn't affected by organic fertilizer and manure,but available Cd content could be significantly reduced,enrichment factor and transfer coefficient of soil Cd to pepper could be significantly reduced,and the soil Cd transfer to pepper and its ground part were lowered.[Conclusion] The fertilization measures were conductive to control Cd hazards on pepper and protect human health.
