土壤全磷测定中显色方法的研究

Research on Determination of Soil Total Phosphorous by Colorimetry Methods

[目的]为了分析土壤中全磷含量。[方法]主要探讨了测定土壤全磷的显色方法,并用回归曲线法分析了利用该方法测定的可行性。[结果]该方法具有很高的测定精度和分析速度,可以大大提高测定全磷的工作效率,在一定程度上方便大批量分析工作。[结论]该方法操作简便,选择性好,灵敏度高,能够满足对土壤环境样品中磷含量的监测要求。

[Objective] The research aimed to analyze total phosphorus content in the soil.[Method] The determination of total soil phosphorus was studied by colorimetry methods,and the feasibility of the method with regression curve method was discussed.[Result] It had higher accuracy and rapider speed,and work effciency was improved.And it could facilitate a large number of soil phosphorus analysis.[Conclusion] The method was simple,sensitive and with good selectivity,which could be widely used in the environmental monitoring of phosphorus content in soil.
