摘要
[目的]研究碳离子辐照对四尾栅藻(Scenedesmus quadricauda)的致死率,确定其对四尾栅藻生长的影响。[方法]以四尾栅藻为材料,用80 MeV/u碳离子束进行辐照,辐照剂量10~150 Gy,辐照后进行培养,统计长出的藻落数,计算辐照致死率。[结果]随着碳离子对四尾栅藻辐照剂量的增加,其致死率呈上升趋势,在辐照剂量为60 Gy时致死率达到85%左右。[结论]碳离子束进行辐照可对四尾栅藻产生致死作用,且存在明显的剂量效应。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of irradiation of carbon ions beam on the growth of Scenedesmus quadricauda.[Method] Scenedesmus quadricauda was irradiated by carbon ions with LET 80 MeV/u.The range of irradiation dose was between 10 to 150 Gy.The experimental materials were cultured after irradiation.The number of colony was calculated to decide the lethal rate.[Result] With the dose of irradiation increasing,the lethal rate tends to raise.It was about 85% when irradiation rate was 60 Gy.[Conclusion] Irradiation of carbon ions beam had lethal effect on Scenedesmus quadricauda,showing obvious dose effect.
