现代服务业的发展将成为引领现代农业的重要力量,特别是金融与农业科技的结合将极大地促进农业向纵深发展。在此背景下,国家现代农业科技城建立了科技金融服务中心以期农科城内科技型农业企业服务,而北京农科城投资有限公司就是科技金融服务中心的重要支撑和抓手。笔者通过对公司功能定位、业务范围等内容的界定,提出了由组织结构、筹投资服务模式、风险防范模式以及退出等组成的北京农科城投资有限公司运作模式,并提出了公司有效运作的配套措施与建议。

The development of the modern service industry will become the leading power of modern agriculture,the combination of finance and agricultural science technology will greatly promote agriculture to develop in depth.Beijing Nongkecheng Investment Company Limited is important for service center for finance of science and technology of national modern agricultural city for science and technology.Based on the definition of the company＇s role and business scope,the operating model was analyzed from its organizing system,capital financing,investing service process,risk control and investment withdrawal mechanism.Some measures to promote the operation of the company were put forward.
