城乡一体化进程中新型农村社区管理人才培养研究——以河北省保定市北市区为例

Study on Management Talent Cultivation of New Rural Community in the Process of Urban-rural Integration-Based on the Examples of North District of Baoding City,Hebei Province

结合河北省保定市北市区农村社区管理人员情况调查,对农村社区管理人员素质现状进行分析,找出其中存在的问题并剖析原因,并提出适合北市区区情的新型农村社区管理人才培养的对策。

Through investigation on rural community manager in North District,Baoding City of Hebei Province,the quality status of manager were analyzed,the existing problems and causes were found out,countermeasures for rural community management talents cultivation were put forward.
