酶制剂技术是生物技术及应用专业的选修课程。结合课程教学实践,从认真选择教材,优化教学内容,改进教学方法和手段,完善考核形式等方面对酶制剂技术课程教学进行了初步探讨,提高学生对酶制剂技术课程的学习兴趣,以期提高教学效果。

Enzyme preparation technology is one of the optional courses of biotechnology and application specialty.In order to promote students＇ interests in learning enzyme preparation technology course,improving teaching effects,combining with course teaching practice,teaching of enzyme preparation technology was discussed from aspects of selecting a suitable material,optimizing teaching content,improving teaching method,perfecting assessment way.
