摘要
根据尿塔普遍存在的问题,提出增加内件,改变物料走向,强化气液接触等措施,减轻尿塔内的返混,提高CO2转化率。
For common problems in the urea reactor, propose the measures of adding internal components, changing the material flow direction, increasing gas-liquid contact etc. So the material backmixing is reduced and conversion ratio of CO2 to urea is increased.
