摘要 [目的]探讨枯草芽孢杆菌生防菌的最优产孢条件。[方法]通过单因素试验及正交试验设计对枯草芽孢杆菌发酵培养基和发酵条件进行了优化。[结果]枯草芽孢杆菌的优化培养基为:葡萄糖1.500%,淀粉1.000%,花生饼1.500%,MnSO4.H2O 0.005%,无水MgSO40.050%,KH2PO40.150%,K2HPO4.3H2O 0.300%,CaCO30.050%;最适培养条件为:最佳移种时间18~20 h,温度37℃,pH7.5,转速250 r/min,接种量10%。[结论]为提高枯草芽孢杆菌的芽孢产量及降低生产成本提供了参考。 [Objective] The aim was to explore the optimal sporulation conditions of biocontrol bacteria Bacillus subtilis.[Method] The fermentation medium and conditions of Bacillus subtilis were optimized by using single factor experiment and orthogonal experimental design.[Result] The optimal fermentation medium was as followed: 1.500% glucose,1.000% starch,1.500% peanut cake,0.005% MnSO4·H2O,0.050% MgSO4,0.150% KH2PO4,0.300% K2HPO4·3H2O and 0.050% CaCO3.The optimal fermentation conditions were as followed: culture transferring time 18-20 h,temperature 37 ℃,initial pH 7.5,rotational speed 250 r/min,volume of inoculation 10%.[Conclusion] The research result provides reference for improving the yield of Bacillus subtilis and decreasing production cost.
