摘要
[目的]揭示爪鲵(Onychodactylus fischeri)胚后生长发育过程中体重、体长与年龄的关系,探讨不同发育阶段的耗氧率及体重与耗氧率的关系。[方法]对139尾爪鲵的胚后发育进行观察,测量其体重、体长,运用数理统计法进行聚类分析;应用封闭式能量代谢仪测定静息状态下幼体、亚成体、成体爪鲵的耗氧率。[结果]在一定范围内,爪鲵的体长、体重与年龄,体重与体长均呈正向指数相关,且相关性达显著水平;在静息状态下,亚成体爪鲵的耗氧率最高,成体最低,而且耗氧率与体重呈负指数相关,相关性达显著水平。[结论]爪鲵生长与耗氧率的胚后发育表现出冷水溪流型动物的特点。
[Objective] In order to reveal the relationship between body weight,length and age in the period of post-embryonic development of Onychodactylus fischeri,the relationship between oxygen consumption rate and body weight with oxygen consumption rate in different developmental stages.[Method] We observed 139 Onychodactylus fischeri in the period of post-embryonic development,measured their body weight and body length to conduct the clustering analysis by the way of using mathematical statistics;then we determined the oxygen consumption rate of larval,subadult and adult Onychodactylus fischeri in the resting state with the enclosed energy metabolism analyzer.[Result] The results showed that the average body weight and length were both positively correlated to age;In resting state,the adult Onychodactylus fischeri had the lowest oxygen consumption rate,whereas the subadult had the highest oxygen consumption rate,and negatively correlated to the body weight.[Conclusion] The growth and oxygen consumption rate of the Onychodactylus fischeri in the period of post-embryonic development shows the characteristics of the cold water streams animals.
