高蛋白杂交大豆“杂优豆2号”选育及栽培技术 被引量:12

摘要 为筛选高蛋白杂交大豆,安徽省农业科学院作物研究所利用大豆M型质核互作雄性不育系W931A与恢复系WR99071测交组配杂交组合。该杂交组合2007~2008年参加安徽省夏大豆品种区域试验,2年平均产量2 666.85 kg/hm2,比对照平均增产5.81%;2009年参加安徽省夏大豆品种生产试验,平均产量2 480.10 kg/hm2,比对照增产0.79%。平均粗蛋白质含量45.12%,粗脂肪含量18.10%,属高蛋白杂交大豆。该品种适于安徽省淮北及江淮地区作早中熟品种种植。 For breeding of hybrid soybean with high-protein,the hybrid combination of W931A × WR99071 with soybean M-type CMS by CRI,AAAS was tested.In Anhui summer soybean variety regional trial duing 2007-2008,the average yield of the hybrid combination was 2 666.85 kg/hm2,increasing by 5.81% compared with the control.In Anhui summer soybean variety production test in 2009,the average yield was 2 480.10 kg/hm2,increasing by 0.79% compared with the control.The contents of crude protein and fat were 45.12% and 18.10% respectively.The hybrid soybean "Zayoudou No.2" was suitably planted in Huaibei plain and Jianghuai hilly region for early-medium maturing varieties.
