Analysis and Estimation of the Rural Construction Land Remediation Potential in Guangdong

鉴于广东省农村建设用地利用水平普遍不高,村庄用地布局缺乏规划,环境质量较差等现状,系统分析了农村建设用地整治潜力的影响因素,详细制定了农村建设用地整治潜力的测算方法,据此得出相关测算结果,为广东省进一步规范化、科学化提高农村建设用地节约集约利用水平、促进耕地集中连片和城镇化等方面提供理论基础。

At present,rural construction land utilization levels are generally not high,village land distributions are lack of planning,and the quality of the environment is poor in Guangdong.Under such circumstances,the influencing factors of the rural construction land remediation potential was analyzed,then the calculation method of the potential for rural construction land remediation was introduced,relevant estimation results were obtained accordingly,which provides the theoretical basis for the further enhancement of rural construction land saving and intensive utilization level,and increment of farmland concentrate contiguous urbanization.
