《外台秘要方》与《太平圣惠方》中澡豆诸方的文献计量学分析

Clinical applications and safety evaluation study of Aconite

澡豆是我国古代用于清洗身体、保健皮肤、护肤美容的粉剂,历史上出现过多个药方和方剂。本文针对《外台秘要方》和《太平圣惠方》中澡豆的10个药方20首方剂,运用文献计量学的研究方法,从核心药物、单味药物、药对、方元、基方等方面展开配伍分析,并对"澡豆"进行了优化配伍,以扩大其适用范围。

The Bath Bean referred to the powder made mainly from beans with supplements of medicinal and aromatic plants,which were used to take baths,care skin and beautify faces in ancient China.In two ancient literatures,Waitaimiyao Formula and Taipingshenghui Formula,twenty formulas were recorded.The approaches of bibliometrics were applied to analyze these twenty formulas.Five aspects of formula,core drug,single drug,pair drugs,original formula,and basic formula were systematically studied.Two optimized formulas were proposed in the present paper.
