壮医药理论与中医学对“毒”论说的比较浅析

Comparison and analysis of comments on ‘toxin’ in the theory of Zhuang medicine and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine

民族医药是医学体系的重要组成部分,长期的生产、生活和医疗实践,以及特殊的自然环境和地理位置,加上各族文化的交流,使壮医药逐步形成了自己独特的理论体系。毒虚致百病是壮医的病因病机论,壮族先民们对毒有着特别直接和深刻的感受,并总结了丰富多采的解救治疗方法,这些方法至今仍在广泛使用。壮医药理论和中医学理论都有许多对"毒"论说的内容,壮医药理论中对"毒"的论说独树一帜,中医学理论对"毒"的论说全面恢宏,两者相得益彰。从两种医学理论对"毒"的内涵认识;对壮族人群常见和高发的"毒"病的诊疗;对"毒药"的认识;对"解毒"方法的认识;对"防毒"的认识几个方面进行比较、分析和总结,旨在为提高辨毒论治、防毒解毒的能力提供理论指导。

National medicine is an important part of medical system.Long medical practice and living history plus special environment and location with communication among Zhuang nationality people and other nationalities have made Zhuang nationality medicine develop its own unique medical system.Toxin and deficiency causing diseases is one of important viewpoints in Zhuang nationality medicine system.Zhuang nationality people have deep and direct impression about toxin,meanwhile,have summarized and created various methods of detoxication,even today many of them still are widely applied.There are lots of comments on toxin in both the theory of Zhuang medicine and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The conmments on toxin in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine were comprehensive while the theory of Zhuang medicine had developed theory of toxin of its own,and both were complementary each other in the system of medicine.The article made a comparison and analysis,then to summary between both of theories about the concept of toxin,the commom diseases caused by toxin in Zhuang nationality people,the cognition of toxicant,its treatments and prevention against intoxication for the purpose of providing theoretical guide for improving the ability of detoxication and preventing against intoxication.
