小檗碱抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展

Antineoplastic mechanism research progress of Berberine

本文通过对近年来小檗碱抗肿瘤作用方面的相关文献进行整理和分析,初步探讨了小檗碱抗肿瘤的作用机制,发现其可以通过抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移以及诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡等方面来实现抗肿瘤的作用。本文肯定了其在抗肿瘤方面效果的同时,又提出了未来应加强小檗碱在联合用药和基因工程方面的研究,以期为研究小檗碱等中草药提取成分在抗肿瘤方面的独特药效提供依据,同时,期望为临床治疗肿瘤等疾病提出新的思路。

According to the original article,this paper mainly summarized and researched antineoplastic mechanism of berberine,doing a preliminary discussion on the berberine antineoplastic mechanism.Mainly the mechanism includes four factors： inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,invasion,transfer and inducing the cellapoptosis.This paper affirmed the berberine’s function about being against antitumor as well as put forward that we should take combination medication and strengthen genetic engineering research in order to provide the basis of berberine’s antitumor function.At the same time,we expect for puting new ideas to clinical treatment of cancer and other diseases.
