摘要
目的:检测无症状人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者血浆细胞因子IL-8、NPI、TNF-α、sIL-2R的浓度,并与健康体检者进行比较,评价无症状HIV感染者的免疫激活状态。方法:选取32例未接受治疗的无症状HIV感染者和22名健康体检者,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆中的IL-8、NPI、TNF-α、sIL-2R浓度,比较二者的差异。结果:与健康体检者比较,无症状HIV感染者的IL-8、NPI、TNF-α、sIL-2R血浆浓度均升高,且有差异(P<0.05)。结论:无症状HIV感染者存在以上述指标为标志的免疫激活状态。
Objective： Evaluating the immune activation status of asymptomatic HIV carrier by detectiong plasma IL-8,NPI,TNF-α,sIL-2R,comparing with healthy control.Methods： 32 asymptomatic HIV carrier without ART and 22 healthy controls were involved to detecting plasma concentration of IL-8,NPI,TNF-α,sIL-2R with ELISA,analyzed the difference.Results： Plasma concentration of IL-8,NPI,TNF-α,sIL-2R of asymptomatic HIV carrier were higher than these of healthy controls with significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： There are immune activation state marked with the above indexes in asymptomatic HIV carriers.
