Investigation and Analysis of the Fisheries Labour Sunshine Project Training of Jilin Province

渔业阳光工程培训是提高渔民科学文化素质、增加渔民专业技能、促进渔民增收致富和地方渔业经济发展的重要途径。为了充分发挥阳光工程培训的作用,对吉林省渔业劳动力的基本情况、培训需求现状、培训机构的情况等进行调研、分析,提出对渔民阳光工程培训的必要性和可行性、主要措施与实施效果。同时分析了吉林省阳光工程培训存在的问题,并提出应采取的对策,以期促进该省阳光工程培训工作的开展。

The fisheries sunshine project training is an important way to promote fisheries′ quality of science and culture,to increase professional skills,to promote the fishermen to get rich and develop the local fisheries economic.In order to give full play to the role of the sunshine project training,the basic situation fishery labor,the training institutions and the present situation in Jilin Province were researched.The necessity and feasibility of the sunshine project training for fishermen and the future fisheries sunshine Project training measures to be taken and implementation effect were proposed.At the same time,sunshine training problems in Jilin Province were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,so as to promote the development of sunshine project training.
