经皮穴位电刺激治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床观察

Evaluation of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain

目的观察经皮穴位电刺激在混合痔术后疼痛治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法将60例以疼痛为主要症状的混合痔外剥内扎术后患者分为两组:治疗组30例采用经皮穴位电刺激白环俞穴治疗,对照组30例采用口服曲马多缓释片治疗。观察两组治疗前后疼痛评分、治疗后不良反应等情况。结果治疗组经皮穴位电刺激治疗的止痛作用与对照组口服曲马多缓释片差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组的不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮穴位电刺激能避免口服止痛药的副作用,且操作方便安全,有推广运用的临床意义。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain. Methods In our hospital from 2012 January to 2012 August, 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain were randomly and equally divided into two Groups： Observation group received transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation and the control group received oral sustained-release tablets of tramadol. The pain score and adverse reactions were compared before and after the treatments. Results The difference in analgesic effect in the two groups after the treatments was not significant （P〉0.05）, but the difference in incidence rate of adverse reaction was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation can avoid the adverse reaction of oral analgesia. This method should further be promoted for clinical application.
