摘要目的:探讨TUBB3(Ⅲ型β微管蛋白3)蛋白在食管鳞癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:免疫组化法检测50例食管鳞癌及癌旁正常组织中TUBB3蛋白的表达,分析TUBB3蛋白表达与临床病理因素的关系。结果:TUBB3蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中表达率64%明显高于癌旁正常组织14%(P<0.05)。TUBB3蛋白在Ⅲ期食管癌中的阳性表达率高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期(P<0.05),在高分化食管癌中的阳性表达率明显低于中、低分化食管癌(P<0.05)。TUBB3蛋白的表达与患者的年龄、性别、浸润深度以及淋巴结转移无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论:TUBB3蛋白表达在食管癌的发生、发展中有一定作用,其检测有助于食管癌诊断、治疗及预后评估。 Objective：To explore the expression of Ⅲβ -tubulin protein in patients with esophageal carcinoma, and to clarify its clinical significance. Methods： Samples of 50 cases of esophageal carcinoma were collected after operation,were investigated for the expression of Ⅲβ -tubulin protein by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of Ⅲβ - tubulin and the biological features of esophageal carcinoma was analyzed. Results： The positive rate ofⅢβ - tubulin protein in esophageal carcinoma tissues was higher than that in normal tissues （ P 〈 0.05）. The expression of Ⅲβ - tubulin in stage Ill cases was higher than in stage I - II cases （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rate of Ⅲβ - tubulin in well pathological grades was lower than in moderate - poor ones （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rate of expression of TUBB3 was not correlated with sex, age, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis （P 〉 O. 05）. Conclusion：The expression ofⅢβ -tubulin may play an important role in the development and progression of esophageal carcinoma, and could be an important index for the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
