贝伐单抗辅助治疗临床研究带来的思考

摘要 结直肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率和死亡率均居前列。Ⅲ期和部分Ⅱ期患者主要治疗方法是根治性手术切除随后辅助化疗，1990年代确立了以5-Fu为主的化疗为标准辅助化疗方案。
