在变迁节奏日益加快的今天,历史文化遗产的保护问题日益受到人们的关注。"十二五"时期是首都社会快速发展的时期,在新的形式下,要适应建设"人文北京"及具有中国特色的世界城市的发展战略目标,北京市的文物建筑保护还存在着许多问题和矛盾亟待解决。本文在分析北京市文物建筑保护存在问题和矛盾的基础上,分析和总结了法国、日本等地区的文物建筑保护的经验和教训,并借鉴了文物建筑保护的一些方法和策略,探索出适合北京文物建筑保护和再生的新途径。

In the period of rapid changes of today, the protection of historical cultural heritage has attracted people＇s attention. ＂12th five-year plan＂ period is the rapid development of the capital society, under the new situation, to adapt to the development strategic goal of building ＂Humanistic Beijing ＂and the Chinese characteristic city in the world, protection of cultural relics in Beijing also has many problems and contradictions. Based on the analysis of the problems and contradictions of cultural relics＇ protection in Beijing, analyzed and summarized the experiences and lessons of cultural relics＇ protection in France, Japan and other regions, and Drew lessons from some methods and Strategies of cultural relics＇ protection, to explore new ways for protection and regeneration of cultural relics in Beijing.
