应用碳基复合材料的超薄电磁带隙(EBG)吸波结构与仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 制备两种不同的碳基复合材料,通过实验测试其电磁参数,并应用于所构建的电磁带隙高阻抗表面吸波结构中,利用电磁仿真软件HFSSv.11仿真计算了各模型的反射系数随电磁频率变化的曲线。结果表明:碳基复合材料的应用,使EBG结构的吸波性能在一定改进的基础上,进一步增强了吸波结构整体的耐高温、抗腐蚀、轻质以及抗拉强度大等性能。因而,将碳基复合材料应用于EBG吸波结构以改进其吸波性能。 Two different types of carbon-based composite materials were prepared, the electromagnetic parameters were tested by experiment, which were used in the construction of high impedance surface absorbing structure. The electromagnetic simulation software HFSSv.I 1 was used to simulate curve of reflection coefficient with electromagnetic frequency. The simulation results show that the carbon- based composite improves microwave absorbing properties, and further enhances the overall high temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, lightweight and high tensile strength and other properties of EBG structure. Thus, the application of carbon-based composite material in EBG absorbing structure to improve its absorbing performance is feasible.
