摘要
研究热处理工艺对Cr12MoV钢组织和磨损性能的影响,利用扫描电镜对磨损表面进行观察分析。结果表明,Cr12MoV钢经不同热处理后其干滑动摩擦磨损机理均为黏着磨损和磨粒磨损的复合磨损。
The study on wear mechanism of Crl2MoV steel has engineering application value. The effect of different heat treatment technology on microstructrue and wear property of Crl2MoV steel was studied using SEM. The experimental results indicate that the wear mechanism of different heat treated CrI2MoV steel under dry sliding wear condition is composite wear of adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
