三维电标测指导下室性心律失常的射频消融治疗临床研究

Clinical Research on Radiofrequency Ablation under 3D Mapping Guidance for Ventricular Arrhythmias

目的探讨室性心律失常的药物治疗及射频消融治疗的临床疗效.方法选取玉溪市人民医院2009年9月至2012年10月室性心律失常病例80例,将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例.研究组采用三维电标测系统(Carto)指导下行射频消融手术治疗;对照组予口服盐酸胺碘酮及普罗帕酮等药物治疗,治疗后1月复查动态心电图,进行疗效比较.结果研究组和治疗组在显效率及总有效率上有显著性差异,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);并发症方面研究组(5%)低于对照组(15%).结论三维电标测系统(Carto)指导下行室性心律失常的射频消融治疗疗效优于药物治疗组.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of drug therapy and radiofrequency ablation for ventricular arrhythmia.Method We selected 80 cases of ventricular arrhythmias in The People＇s Hospital of Yuxi from September 2009 to October 2012.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group and control,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with RF ablation under three-dimensional electrical mapping system（carto） Guidance.Patients in the control group were treated with drug therapy including oral administration of amiodarone and propafenone.The dynamic ECG of patients was rechecked one month after treatment,and the efficacy was compared between two groups.Results There were significant differences in the significant efficiency and total efficiency between two groups.The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than the control group.The complications in in the treatment group was less than the control group（5% vs.15%）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of radiofrequency ablation under 3D electrical mapping system（carto） guidance is better than drug treatment for ventricular arrhythmias.
