职业学校学生艾滋病相关知识与性行为的研究

Research on AIDS Knowledge and Sexual Behavior among Students in Vocational Schools

目的了解职业学校学生对艾滋病相关知识的掌握情况及危险性行为的发生情况,为今后更好地开展学校艾滋病的健康教育提供科学依据.方法采取整群随机抽样方法,对昆明2所职业学校在校的1 015名学生,进行匿名自填问卷调查.结果被调查的学生中,8.47%的学生曾经发生过性行为,其中9.30%的人,与男/女朋友以外的其他人发生过性行为,第一次发生性行为时安全套使用率为20.93%,最近1次发生性行为时安全套使用率为51.16%.艾滋病传播途径的知晓率较高,超过90.15%,但95.96%的学生认为自己感染艾滋病的机会很小.结论 (1)职业学校学生性行为的发生率已处在较高水平;(2)对艾滋病知识掌握不够全面,且获得知识主渠道不通畅;(3)艾滋病的危机意识缺乏;(4)性观念、性道德发生了较大改变.所以教育机构应将艾滋病相关知识和性健康教育相结合,开展有效的干预活动.

Objective To learn the AIDS knowledge and dangerous sexual behavior among students in vocational schools,so as to provide scientific basis for health education about AIDS in vocational schools.Method By random sampling,1015 students from two vocational schools in Kunming filled the questionnaire anonymously. Results Among these students,8.47% had sexual behavior,in which 9.30% had sexual behavior with other besides boyfriend（girlfriend）.20.93% used condom in the first sexual behavior.51.16% used condom in the latest sexual behavior.More than 90.15% students knew route of AIDS transmission,but 95.96% thought they are rarely probable to infect AIDS.Conclusions（1） A great amount of students in vocational school have sexual behavior.（2） They don＇t know about AIDS all-around,and get knowledge not clearly.（3） Students lack sense of crisis about AIDS.（4） Concept and moral of sex have a great change.So education agency should combine AIDS knowledge with sexual health education to take effective interventional measures.
