利用SSR标记研究新疆特早熟玉米自交系遗传多样性 被引量:1

Genetic Diversity of Inbred Lines of Especial-Precocious Maize in Xinjiang Revealed by SSR Markers

摘要 利用SSR标记技术对47份新疆特早熟玉米自交系材料进行遗传多样性分析,采用非加权平均法(UPGMA)对材料进行聚类分析,将玉米材料进行杂种优势类群的划分与归类。结果表明:利用32对扩增带型稳定的SSR引物,检测到128条等位基因,每对引物检测的等位基因数为2~8个,平均4.1个,每对引物的多态性信息量为0.372~0.844,平均0.608。通过聚类图分析,可将供试玉米材料划分为4大类。为今后玉米育种有目的地选择亲本,拓宽遗传基础培育玉米新品种提供技术支撑。 Inbred Line s of 47 E special-Precocious Maizes were studied by means of SSR Markers. Cluster analysis on the tested materials was carried out through Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithrnatic Mean (UPGMA). The grouping and classification on dominant categories of maize materials also conducted. The results showed that 128 allelic loci were detected by using stable 32 SSR pairs Each primer pair generated allelic loci in range from 2 to 8 with the average of 4.1 loci. The polymorphism information content each primer was from 0.372 to 0.844 in range with the average of 0.608. The tested maize materials could be classified into the four categories through clustering analysis. This study would provide an informative support for purposive parent selection in the breeding practices in future as well as for extending the hereditary basis to develop new maize variety.
