无水乙醇消融离体猪甲状腺注射量与消融体积的关系

摘要 目的探讨无水乙醇消融离体猪甲状腺的注射量与消融体积的关系。方法超声引导下向离体新鲜猪甲状腺内注射无水乙醇,按注射剂量不同,分为9组(0.5ml、1.0ml、1.5ml、2.0ml、2.5ml、3.0ml、3.5ml、4.0ml、4.5ml组),每组20个注射点。注射后测量消融灶的范围及质量,比较组内及组间的消融灶体积的大小,并确定无水乙醇剂量与消融体积的回归方程。结果无水乙醇剂量(X)与消融体积(Y)回归方程为:Y=0.643+0.594X。离体猪甲状腺消融体积随无水乙醇剂量增加而增大,当无水乙醇剂量达到3.0ml时,再增加无水乙醇剂量消融体积增加无统计学意义。结论无水乙醇注射量与消融体积关系的研究对无水乙醇注入活体猪及人体甲状腺消融治疗提供了一定的理论基础。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between the dosage of anhydrous alcohol injected to isolated pigs' thyroid under ultrasound guidance and the necrosis volume. Methods A total of 180 fresh and healthy pigs' thyroids, which were injected with anhydrous alcohol under ultrasound guidance, were divided into nine groups : group Ⅰ , the dose of injected alcohol was 0.5 ml,group Ⅱ was 1.0 ml,group Ⅲ was 1.5 ml,group Ⅳ was 2.0 ml,group Ⅴ was 2.5 ml,group Ⅵ was 3.0 ml,group Ⅶ was 3.5 ml,groupⅧ was 4.0 ml,and group Ⅺ was 4.5 ml. Each group had twenty injection points, the necrosis dimension and the weight were measured and the volumes of necrosis tissue were compared in inner group and between the groups. The relationship between anhydrous alcohol dosage and necrosis volume was analyzed by linear regression equation. Results The regression equation between the dosage of absolute alcohol (X)and the necrosis volume (Y)was Y=0.643+0.594X. The necrosis volume was increased with the increase of anhydrous alcohol dosage. And no significant difference was found between the groups when the dose was more than 3.0 ml. Conclusion This study illustrates the relationship between the dosage of anhydrous alcohol injected to isolated pigs'thyroid and the necrosis volume, which provides evidence for ablation of thyroid in living pigs and human body.
